- Publish research reports based on research activities of the RA.
- Provide an independent, unbiased view on securities.
- Offer unbiased recommendations with disclosure of financial interests.
- Provide research based on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.
- Conduct annual audits.
- Ensure advertisements adhere to the Advertisement Code for Research Analysts.
- Maintain records of all client interactions, including prospective clients, prior to onboarding.
C. Details of Services Provided to Investors (No Indicative Timelines)
- Onboarding of clients and sharing of terms & conditions.
- Completing KYC of fee-paying clients.
- Disclosures:
- Material information for informed decision-making.
- Extent of use of Artificial Intelligence in research services.
- Conflicts of interest in distributing third-party research.
- Conflicts between research and other activities of the RA.
- Distribution of reports without discrimination.
- Confidentiality of research until public release.
- Respect for client data privacy.

D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Investors can lodge complaints against the Research Analyst through:
- Direct Complaint: Approach the RA, resolution within 21 days.
- SCORES 2.0: Web-based grievance redressal system of SEBI.
- First review by RAASB.
- Second review by SEBI.
- Email: To RAASB's designated grievance redressal ID.
- SMARTODR: Option for online conciliation/arbitration if unresolved.

F. Expectations from Investors (Responsibilities)
Do's
- Always deal with SEBI-registered Research Analysts with valid certificates.
- Check SEBI registration number on SEBI website.
- Review disclosures in research reports before investing.
- Pay RA through banking channels only (retain receipts). Optionally use CeFCoM.
- Refer to RA's research recommendations before acting.
- Ask questions and clear doubts before acting on recommendations.
- Seek clarification for complex/high-risk products.
- Be aware of your right to stop availing RA's services at any time.
- Exercise your right to provide feedback.
- Report to SEBI if RA offers assured or guaranteed returns.
Don'ts
- Do not provide funds for investment to the RA.
- Do not fall prey to luring advertisements or rumors.
- Do not get attracted to discounts, incentives, or gifts offered by RAs.
- Do not share trading or demat account login credentials with RA.
