MITC (Most Important Terms and Conditions)

• These terms and conditions, and consent thereon are for the research services provided by the Research Analyst (RA). The RA cannot execute/carry out any trade (purchase/sell transaction) on behalf of the client. Clients are advised not to permit RA to execute any trade on their behalf.

• Investments are subject to market risks and past performance does not guarantee future returns.

Optional Centralised Fee Collection Mechanism

• The Research Analyst (RA) informs clients about the optional 'Centralised Fee Collection Mechanism for IA and RA' (CeFCoM) for fee payments. Adoption of CeFCoM is voluntary and does not impact the quality of services provided. All payments through CeFCoM comply with regulatory requirements ensuring transparency and efficiency in the fee collection process.

• History, Present Business, and Background:

  Research Entity is registered with SEBI as Research Analyst with Registration No. INH000016597. The firm obtained registration on 24-Jun-2024 and is engaged in Research and Recommendation Services. The focus of Research Entity is to provide research and recommendations services to the clients. Analysts align their interests with those of the client and seek to provide the best-suited services.

• Terms and Conditions of Research and Recommendation Services:

  Terms and conditions of Research and Recommendation Services are detailed in the terms and conditions document. Please refer to the same for details.

• Disciplinary History:
  • No penalties have been issued by SEBI under the SEBI Act or Regulations made thereunder against the Research Entity, Research Analyst, or its associates or relatives.
  • There are no pending material litigations or legal proceedings, findings of inspections or investigations for which action has been taken or initiated by any regulatory authority against the Research Entity, Research Analyst, or its associates or relatives.
• Details of its Associates:

  No Associates.

B. Disclosures with Respect to Research and Recommendations Services

• Research Entity or Research Analyst or their associates or relatives may have financial interest or actual/beneficial ownership of one percent or more in the securities recommended in its personal portfolio at the end of the month immediately preceding the date of publication of the research report or date of the public appearance. Details of the same may be referred to through the disclosures made at the time of advice.
• There are no actual or potential conflicts of interest arising from any connection of Research Entity or Research Analyst or their associates or relatives to or association with any issuer of products/securities that might compromise objectivity or independence. Such conflicts (if any) shall be disclosed to the client as and when they arise.
• Research Entity or Research Analyst or their associates or relatives may have actual/beneficial ownership of one percent or more securities of the subject company, at the end of the month immediately preceding the date of publication of the research report or date of the public appearance. Details will be disclosed at the time of advice.
• Research Entity or Research Analyst or their associates or relatives have no connection or association of any sort with any issuer of products/securities recommended herein.
• Research Entity or Research Analyst or their associates have not received any compensation from the subject company in the past 12 months for investment banking, merchant banking, brokerage, or any other services; nor have they managed/co-managed a public offering of the subject company in the past 12 months.
• The subject company is/was not a client of the Research Entity or Research Analyst or its associates during the twelve months preceding the date of distribution of the research report and recommendation services provided.
• Research Analysts or their associates have not served as an officer, director or employee of the subject company and have not been engaged in market-making activity of the subject company.
• The Research Analyst(s) or their associates or relatives may or may not hold the securities that are being recommended in either/both of research reports and trades recommended herein.
