Welcome to Invos Research(Trade Mark: invostocks.com). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Most Important Terms and Conditions

• Research Analyst (RA) cannot execute trades on behalf of clients.
• Fees comply with SEBI/RAASB limits (₹1,51,000 per family per annum for individual/HUF clients; excludes statutory charges; not applicable to non-individual/accredited investors).
• Advance fees may be charged (not exceeding one quarter). Clients are entitled to proportionate refund if services terminate prematurely.
• Payments accepted via cheque, bank transfer, UPI, etc. Cash not allowed. CeFCoM optional.
• Conflicts of interest will be disclosed as per SEBI/RAASB regulations.
• No assured/guaranteed/fixed return schemes may be offered.
• RA cannot guarantee profits, accuracy, or risk-free investments.
• Investments are subject to market risks; recommendations do not assure returns.

Optional Centralised Fee Collection Mechanism

Clients may use CeFCoM for transparent fee payments. Adoption is voluntary and does not impact quality of services.

Availing the Research Services

By subscribing, clients confirm services are availed at their sole discretion. RA services will be rendered per SEBI RA Regulations.

Obligations on RA

Both RA and client are bound by SEBI Act, RA Regulations, and applicable notifications.

Usage of AI in Generating Recommendations

Our platform uses financial modelling, machine learning, and technical analysis to generate recommendations. No client data is used for AI training. Outputs are curated and stored securely under data governance policies.

Client Information and KYC

Clients must provide full details as required under SEBI/RAASB, including KYC records via SEBI-approved KRAs.

Client Acknowledgement

• Investments based on research are subject to market risk.
• Recommendations do not assure returns.
• No recourse for losses incurred on investments based on RA recommendations.

Declaration by RA

• Duly registered with SEBI as an RA (Registration No: INH000016597).
• Holds valid qualifications per SEBI RA Regulations.
• Services do not conflict with any laws or regulations.
• Maximum fee: ₹1.51 lakhs per annum per family.
• Recommendations do not assure returns.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you permit invostock.ai to send WhatsApp messages and SMS and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Account Registration

• Clients must provide accurate details and keep them updated.
• Clients are responsible for account confidentiality.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Some services require subscription or fees.
• Fees may change with notice; clients may cancel if not agreeable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are monthly pro-rata only. No mid-month cancellations. Example: quarterly plan refunds apply only for remaining months.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as-is". No guarantees on accuracy, reliability, or completeness of analysis.

Limitation of Liability

Invos Research is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, unauthorized access, interruptions, or third-party attacks.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invos Research, its affiliates, and employees from claims arising from misuse of services or against any losses occured by using our research recommendations.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of Terms. Users may discontinue at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Disputes fall under jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion with 30 days’ notice for material changes.
